For 25 years, AAPCI has worked to address the shortage of low-income, affordable and supportive housing for all New Yorkers. More than 30,000 residents have benefited from our high-quality housing, social services and support to survivors of domestic violence, and many more community members remain in need. We are working in partnership with the City to expand our programming over the coming months, including opening a new homeless shelter and breaking ground on the development of a new 233-unit affordable and supportive housing complex, which is a clear testament to the success of the organization.
