The African  American Planning Commission is a not-for-profit organization  established in New York State and recognized as a tax-exempt organization as described under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All cash and non-cash donations are tax-deductible as charitable contributions to the fullest extent permissible by law.

The African  American Planning Commission is audited annually by an Independent Accounting firm. A full Annual Report is on file with and available from:
