Tracey holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from SUNY College at Oswego, and is a Certified Executive, Leadership, and Organizational Development Coach. Tracey also serves on the NYC SHRM Executive board, further reflecting her commitment to advancing the HR profession and supporting the communities she serves.
