The City Council is set to approve a rezoning for a low-income development in Brooklyn after the local representative dropped her opposition Thursday morning, reports Crain’s.

The planned eight-story project at 3 Livonia Place will include 125 units of permanent below-market and supportive housing under the city’s Mandatory Inclusionary Housing rules at least 60% of them set aside for the homeless. It will also include 3,000 square feet of retail and community facility space on the ground floor.
