My professional path within the shelter system began in operations as a Shift Supervisor, progressed into a Case Manager, and has now evolved into my current leadership role as Case Manager Supervisor. Throughout each stage, my purpose has remained rooted in creating meaningful change within the social services field and improving outcomes for vulnerable individuals.

Having experienced both operational and case management perspectives, I bring a well-rounded understanding of shelter systems while remaining steadfast in my commitment to service. I am driven by the belief that homelessness can affect anyone, regardless of background, and I am dedicated to ensuring that every individual receives equitable access to support, dignity, and opportunity.
