Michelle Williams currently serves as one half of the dynamic Case manager supervisors at Brooklyn Way Hotel. Ms. Williams who joined AAPCI in 2021 has over 7 years of experience in the field of Social Service. Graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Plaza College, Ms. Williams has shown great characteristics of not only being a leader but an individual who helps those who she serves feel comfortable and trusting of her guidance. From the compassion she shows not only clients but also coworkers, to the objectives and goals she reaches, she has become a staple in her work place and a beacon of knowledge. Ms. Williams has not only exhibited great knowledge but has made herself available to learning more and bettering herself in every aspect she can in order to be a better instrument to success. Her work ethic and dedication are mostly praised but it is her sense of humor and humility that makes her a part of an elite small circle of those who go above and beyond in extending the help to those who are in need.
