Jesse Colon is a strategic Talent Acquisition Leader with over a decade of experience in human resources and operations. He specializes in architecting high-scale recruiting frameworks and leveraging data-driven people strategies to accelerate organizational growth. 

Jesse earned his Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University and is currently advancing his expertise through a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. 

He began his career at Verizon, where he served as a Senior Recruiter and Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst. In these roles, he successfully managed recruitment for diverse client groups, ranging from high-level technical positions to niche, specialized roles. As a Senior Analyst, Jesse oversaw staffing programs across the Northeast region, working cross-functionally with unions and HR business partners to ensure strict compliance with collective bargaining agreements. 

Currently, as a Recruiter at AAPCI, Jesse manages recruitment across six program locations while assisting sensitive employee relations investigations. Looking ahead, Jesse is dedicated to mastering a holistic view of HR, with a specific focus on evolving HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to drive operational excellence
