Azania Francoeur is a Human Resources professional with years of experience delivering exceptional service in both the public and private sector. Ms. Francoeur earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from St. Francis College and her Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University.

Ms. Francoeur started her Human Resources career at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office as an intern and then she was quickly promoted to HR Associate. Ms. Francoeur then went on to work as an HR Coordinator at McCann HumanCare, a leading pharmaceutical marketing agency, where she facilitated the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees, administered benefits, and assisted with matters concerning employee relations. Ms. Francoeur also worked as an HR Generalist at RR Donnelley, a global communication and marketing firm, where she managed the employee life cycle, ensured compliance to laws and policies in 15+ states, and trained managers on effective employee relations practices.
