The newly constructed mixed-unit building will have 233 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a fitness room, 24-hour security, a community room and free in-unit broadband internet.

Tenants are responsible for electricity, while heat, hot water and gas for heating are included in the rent.

Apartments are being offered at 30 to 80 percent of the area median income (AMI). Eligible incomes range from $22,492 to $160,720.
