Add a Message

One of the best ways to promote AAPCI.org is to add a message to the bottom of your outgoing e-mails. Here are directions on how to set this up so that it happens automatically.

Yahoo! Mail
1. Login to your Yahoo! Mail account.
2. Select Mail, then Options from the navigation bar.
3. Follow the Signature link (under Management).
4. Enter the desired message in the text field. We recommend:

5. Check the box Add Signature to All Outgoing Messages.
6. Click Save.
7. Send an e-mail to yourself to test it out.

HotMail
1. Login to your HotMail account.
2. Go to the Mail category.
3. Click on Options.
4. Follow the Personal Signature link.
5. Type the desired message in the text field. We recommend:

6. Click OK.
7. Send an e-mail to yourself to test it out.

Outlook Express
1. Launch Outlook Express.
2 Select Tools, then select Options.
3. Click the Signatures tab.
4. Click the New button to add a new message.
5. Click in the Edit Signature text field and type the desired signature text. We recommend:

6. If you would like to automatically add the new signature to all outgoing messages, check the option for Add Signatures to All outgoing messages.
7. Click Applythen OK to return to the message list.
8. Send an e-mail to yourself to test it out.

1. Launch Outlook.
2. Select Tools, then select Options.
3. Click the Mail Format tab.
4. Click the Signatures.
5. Click the New button to add a new message.
6. Enter a name for your new Signature, then click Next.
7. Click in the Edit Signature text field and type the desired signature text. We recommend:

8. Click Finish, then click OK.
9. Click on the name of your new message in the Signature for New Message box and also in the Signatures for Replies and Forward box.
10. Click Apply, then click OK.
11. Send an e-mail to yourself to test it out.

America Online 9.0
1. From the AOL menu, select Mail, then click Set Mail Signatures.
2. In the Set up Signatures window, click Create.
3. In the Signature Name box, type a name for this signature.
4. Type your message in the Signature box. We recommend:

5. Click OK.
6. Click the X to close the Set up Signatures window.
7. Click on the Write Mail tab.
8. Click the Signature tab at the bottom right of your Write Mail box and choose the Name you gave your signature.
9. Now send an e-mail to yourself to test it out.

America Online AIM Web Mail
1. Log into your AOL AIM account.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Enter you message. We recommend:

4. Check the box: Add this signature to messages sent using AIM Mail on the Web.
5. Click Save.
6. Send an e-mail to yourself to test it out.

That's it! Now aapci.org will be on your e-mail signature.
