The African American Planning Commision ("AAPCI") is designing new affordable housing units to meet the needs of its constituents. Half of the 40 unit development at its Renee Steedley Residence will be designated for working families who are also survivors of domestic violence. The second half of the project will be set-aside for low-income working families who have been priced out of "market rate" housing in New York City.
