The
African American Planning Commission maintains the Jobs At
Other Nonprofits career site as a free service for nonprofits
and job seekers.

Tab to input your organization's information. All fields
are required. This information will be listed on your
organization's Homepage. Next, click the Listing Editor
Tab and add a new posting. All fields are required.
Then click Submit Posting.
How
do I apply for a job?
Each organization's job posting includes a contact address
and/or fax number. Please use that organization's contact
information to apply for a job.

career opportunities are available with the African American
Planning Commission?

How
do I search for a job posting?
Use the filters on Jobs At Other Nonprofits and then click
Search. You can search for job postings by country, state,
organization or keyword.
How
do I change a posting's expiration date?
When
you post a job, the expiration date automatically fills in
three months from the creation date. Contact the site administrator
to extend expiration date of posting.
Why
is there garbled text in my posting?
Quotation marks and apostrophes copied and pasted from a Word
document create the garbled text. Delete the garbled text
on the preview screen, and manually type apostrophes, quotation
marks, etc., in the posting. Using Notepad to cut and paste
avoids this problem.
What
fields are required in a job posting?
The following fields are required: Job Title, Job Category,
Description, State/Province, City/Region, Organization Name,
Organization Address, Contact Name, Contact Phone Number,
Contact E-mail Address, and Contact Address (if different
from the Organization Address).
How
often is the list of job postings updated?
Organizations are responsible for maintaining their job postings
on the site. To ensure the site remains up to date, job postings
automatically expire three months from their creation date.
