How do I post a job?
Post an employment vacancy for your organization by clicking the Post A Job link. Login and click the Homepage Editor Tab to input your organization's information. All fields are required. This information will be listed on your organization's Homepage. Next, click the Listing Editor Tab and add a new posting. All fields are required. Then click Submit Posting.

How do I apply for a job?
Each organization's job posting includes a contact address and/or fax number. Please use that organization's contact information to apply for a job.

What career opportunities are available with the African American Planning Commission?

Visit AAPCI's Job Listings to see what career opportunities are available.

How do I modify a job posting?
Login to your account and click the Listing Editor Tab Click Modify to modify an existing job posting, then click save to update.

How do I delete a job posting?
Login to your account and click the Listing Editor Tab. Select the listing that you would like to delete, then click delete. When you are prompted, click yes to confirm.

How do I search for a job posting?
Use the filters on Jobs At Other Nonprofits and then click Search. You can search for job postings by country, state, organization or keyword.

How do I change a posting's expiration date?
When you post a job, the expiration date automatically fills in three months from the creation date. Contact the site administrator to extend expiration date of posting.

Why is there garbled text in my posting?
Quotation marks and apostrophes copied and pasted from a Word document create the garbled text. Delete the garbled text on the preview screen, and manually type apostrophes, quotation marks, etc., in the posting. Using Notepad to cut and paste avoids this problem.

What fields are required in a job posting?
The following fields are required: Job Title, Job Category, Description, State/Province, City/Region, Organization Name, Organization Address, Contact Name, Contact Phone Number, Contact E-mail Address, and Contact Address (if different from the Organization Address).

How often is the list of job postings updated?
Organizations are responsible for maintaining their job postings on the site. To ensure the site remains up to date, job postings automatically expire three months from their creation date.
