Permanent Supportive Housing for Seniors, Singles,
And/or Families living with HIV/AIDS , with or without
dependent Children in New York City

If you or someone you know is HIV positive and seeks supportive housing in New York City, follow the guidelines listed below.

Are you 18 years of age or older, without children, living with HIV/AIDS, and reside in any of the five boroughs of New York City?

Are you 18 years of age or older, single, have dependent children, are living with HIV/AIDS, and reside in any of the five boroughs of New York City?

Are you and/or your spouse living with HIV/AIDS, 18 years of age or older, have dependent children, and reside in any of the five boroughs of New York City?

Are you and/or your spouse living with HIV/AIDS, 18 years of age or older, have no dependent children, and reside in any of the five boroughs of New York City?

Are you and/or your spouse 55 years of age or older, living with HIV/AIDS, have no dependent children, and reside in any of the five boroughs of New York City?

If you answered YES to any of the above questions please do the following:

  • Contact the NYC HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA). Their Hotline service number is: 1-212-971-0626. To find the office nearest you, contact your local Income Maintenance Center.
  • Complete the official HASA application form. This form is used to check for eligibility and to ensure appropriate placement.
  • If eligible, you will receive appropriate housing placement through HASA.
