Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg proposed his FY 2012-13 Executive Budget yesterday. Providers and advocates are trying to get the various pieces of the State budget puzzle lined up after the Assembly and Senate passed one-house budget bills on Tuesday. The bills spell out legislative positions and priorities in response to Governor Andrew Cuomo’s Executive Budget proposal and set the parameters for three-way negotiations leading up to finalization of a new budget due by April 1st.
