Hyenga Lake Senior Community will open its doors to the public next month. More than 100 men and women 62 and older have applied. Of the applicants, 65 will be picked by the Rockland Housing Action Coalition, or RHAC, on Thursday through a lottery. There are hundreds of seniors awaiting senior housing in Rockland.
